Actor Gaspard Ulliel, 37, died after a skiing accident

Actor Gaspard Ulliel was seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon in a skiing accident in La Rosière.

The actor Gaspard Ulliel, 37, died on Wednesday, his family said in a statement sent by his agent. The actor was seriously injured in a skiing accident in La Rosière (Savoie, France).

Tuesday, January 18 at the end of the afternoon, when he was at the crossroads of 2 blue runs, he was hit by another skier. The 37-year-old actor was unconscious when rescuers arrived. Around 5:15 p.m., he was transported by helicopter to the hospital, the Grenoble University Hospital.
