Amber Heard lawyers release video of Johnny Depp violently banging his kitchen cupboards

The testimony of actor Johnny Depp was widely questioned on Thursday by the lawyers of Amber Heard, his ex-wife, who highlighted his drug use, as part of the defamation lawsuit he is bringing against she.

At the heart of the discussions, an injury to the actor’s finger, dating from March 2015, when he was filming the fifth episode of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” film series.

“I cut my middle finger”had written Johnny Depp to his doctor in a message read in court by Ben Rottenborn, lawyer for Amber Heard.

The star had however claimed the day before that his injury had been inflicted on him by Amber Heard, during one of their many arguments.

“She walked over to me and grabbed the bottle of vodka. She backed up and threw it at me,” had narrated Johnny Depp, mimicking the scene.

He explained that he then used his blood and then paint to write on the walls and objects of the villa where the couple was staying.

On Thursday afternoon, photos of mirrors and furniture covered in red and black writing were shown to the court.

Married for two years, the former spouses accuse each other of defamation during this trial, very followed and partly retransmitted on the news channels, which is held near Washington, following a platform that she has written in 2018.

In this text published by the Washington Post, Amber Heard, who will be 36 years old on Friday, did not mention Johnny Depp by name, but she mentioned the accusations of domestic violence that she had brought against her husband in 2016.

“Let’s Burn Amber”

Earlier in the morning, representatives of Amber Heard presented text messages with violent content that Johnny Depp exchanged with relatives, without specifying the context of their sending.

“I don’t ever want to lay eyes on Amber, that filthy bitch again”he wrote to a friend of his in April 2015, two months after their marriage.

“Let’s Burn Amber”, he said in another message sent in 2013 to one of his friends.

“You said ‘I’m going to fuck her burned corpse afterwards, to make sure she’s dead’. That’s what you said you would do after you burned her and drowned her,” assured Ben Rottenborn.

Over the course of the questions, his alcohol and drug abuse were also extensively detailed by the lawyers of Ms. Heard who, present in the room, kept an impassive face.

Suit and shirt in dark colors, Johnny Depp admitted to having consumed these substances, but denied any excess.

Recalling an experience with singer Marilyn Manson, the actor said the pair had “drank” and “taken cocaine together maybe a few times,” adding he once “gave the rocker a pill” so that ‘he stops talking so much’.

Amber Heard’s lawyers later released a video into the courtroom that she had filmed without her husband’s knowledge.

We see Johnny Depp violently opening and closing kitchen cupboard doors before pouring himself a large glass of wine.

“I didn’t try to intimidate Miss Heard. If she was intimidated, why was she filming? If she was scared to death, why didn’t she leave?”, the actor asked after watching the video.

On Wednesday, he assured that he had lost “everything” because of the accusations of violence from his ex-wife, trying to convince the jurors that it was she, on the contrary, who carried the blows.
