“A crazy year full of concerts”: this is how the Brussels singer described 2022 this Saturday January 20 in an interview given to host Nikos Aliagas for the program 50 minutes inside.
A retrospective of twelve months full of emotions… Good and bad.
Indeed, during one of her concerts given at Bercy (in Paris) in December, Angèle was actually injured, when she had worked hard to best occupy the stage of this huge hall in front of 72,000 spectators. “It was very physical”, remembers Angela. So much so that when jumping to encourage the public to do the same, the young woman landed badly on the ground. “Paris, I just blew my ankle”she announced at the microphone.
But regardless, the singer continued “as much for the people who are there as for ourselves”, no matter the cost. “It had to happen to me one day”she supposes.
“A Special Date”
“That date was special because it was the last French date and I couldn’t tell myself that I was going to dance less…” Thanks to the strength of her mind, Angèle managed to transform this unfortunate event into strength: “it gave me confidence”, she confides to Nikos Aliagas. An experience that we hope will not be repeated!
