Anne Hathaway spoke at length about motherhood and her children in an interview with “WSJ” magazine.

In an interview with the magazineWSJ “Anne Hathaway confided in the impact of motherhood on her life. The mother of Jonathan Rosebanks (6 years old) and Jack (2 years old) revealed that she had “never felt so much” herself than since she was a mother. “I wouldn’t say I lacked integrity, but it allowed me to be on every level and completely true to my word (…) and that meant stopping all my nonsense. And it’s little breaks that you give yourself sometimes when you know you’re not at your best, “she explained.

While the 39-year-old actress sees herself having another child, she is nonetheless aware of the challenges that come with pregnancy. “There’s this tendency to represent being pregnant and having children, as if everything is always positive. But from my own experience, I know it’s much more complicated than that (…) and when you realize that your pain from other people also shares it, you feel less alone in the face of this feeling”.

The ‘WeCrashed’ star said she hopes her kids don’t get into movies too soon. “I would probably take back the same advice my parents gave me which was, ‘You have plenty of time to be a professional actor, but you can only be a kid once’.” For Adam Shulman’s wife, it’s important that her children study, go to class, and read. “I think they’ll be in a position where they’ll be able to go to college and find out what they want to do with their lives.”
