The situation is not getting better between Ayem Nour and Vincent Miclet. The latter who accuses the candidate of Moms and Famous of having kidnapped their son Ayvin. The young mother for her part delivers a completely different version of the facts. A legal standoff that may take more time. In the meantime, the columnist of TPMP People cannot return to France.

This complicated situation that Ayem Nour has been going through has been going on since November 15. It all started when Vincent Miclet posted a message accusing the one who would now be in a relationship to have kidnapped their son. A publication that quickly made the rounds of social networks: “ After dropping off my son at the American school, his mother, Ayem Nour, in complicity with his mother Farida, took him away from school without my consent. Until the time I speak to you, we have no news from Ayvin. A complaint has been lodged with the Moroccan authorities. My son is on Moroccan soil, but I don’t know where… “. Hence the response of the main interested party who wishes to defend herself from these accusations.

A legal standoff that is likely to last

A publication by Ayem Nour dating from November 20, 2022 allowed us to understand that she agreed to joint custody with Vincent Miclet. The latter, however, objected to her coming to pick him up from school when legally, it was her turn to take care of her son. The young woman therefore decided to assert her right by going there by warning her ex-husband of her arrival. His message unfortunately remained unanswered. It was only by discovering the kidnapping alert on social networks that the pretty brunette took the necessary measures. She approached the Moroccan authorities in order to clarify matters.

This misunderstanding has led Ayem Nour to reveal a lot of information that she has so far kept confidential: “ This whole situation is becoming dramatic and dangerous! Continuing to sequester my son’s passport illegally to prevent us from returning to France is already very serious. On the other hand, refusing to return his health record when Ayvin needed treatment after being bitten by an insect is cruelty. I will now have to reveal information that I had until now kept secret… It is important today that you discover the true face of this person and those around him “. Fortunately, she can count on the support of her friends in these difficult times.
