Bella Hadid and Cara Delevingne Return to Cannes in Matching Dresses

Two star models made a remarkable comeback in Cannes this Tuesday, May 24. On the eighth day of the Festival, Cara Delevingne and Bella Hadid took part in the climb of the steps for the film “The Innocent”, a new comedy by and with Louis Garrel, presented out of competition this year. The Briton had not returned to the Croisette for five years, while her American comrade caused a sensation last year with her Schiaparelli jewel dress.

Tuesday evening on the red carpet of the Palais des Festivals, Bella Hadid appeared wearing a strapless and tight black dress, complete with a voluminous hip turn. The 25-year-old American completed her evening look with a dazzling pair of earrings and a braided bun that highlighted her dark eyes. A rather classic set for the one who has distinguished herself in Cannes on several occasions for her daring and very sexy looks.

Not far from there, her model friend Cara Delevingne had also chosen a strapless black dress worn close to the body. Long black gloves, a shiny bun and a look hemmed in black completed her Balmain look. The artistic director of the house, Olivier Rousteing, was also with her. The last time the Briton came to Cannes, she stayed away from the red carpet and only took part in an evening organized by Magnum. His last climb dates back to 2014.

After the screening of “The Innocent”, the two models could well join the festivities planned for the anniversary of this 75th Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday evening.
