After his imprisonment, Boris Becker received a visit from his girlfriend Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro for the first time. Pictures prove that.

Former tennis star Boris Becker (54) received his first visit from his girlfriend Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro (33) in London’s Wandsworth prison. This is shown by pictures that are available in the “Bild” newspaper. Lilian can be seen in black jeans, a light blue denim jacket and white sneakers. She covers her face with a black Puma baseball cap and dark sunglasses and walks towards the visitor entrance to the prison.

She carries a large sports bag with her, also from the sporting goods manufacturer from Herzogenaurach. Boris Becker was the face of Puma for many years and was instrumental in the company’s meteoric rise in the late 1980s and 1990s. Lilian, who also followed the trial against Becker in the courtroom, broke down in tears after the verdict was announced last Friday, according to trial observers. After an air kiss in the direction of Becker, which was immediately removed, Lilian and a friend are said to have retired to their apartment in the Kensington district. Since then, she has only been spotted once by photographers on a walk.

Boris Becker was sentenced to 30 months in prison

On Friday afternoon, the court sentenced Boris Becker to 30 months in prison, which was carried out immediately. The judge and the jury saw it as proven that he had deliberately concealed funds and possessions in his insolvency proceedings in order to protect them from the insolvency administrator’s access. Becker and his team can still appeal the guilty verdict and the sentence.
