Celine Dion, who had been struggling with health problems over the past few weeks, finally had reason to celebrate as a mother of three on Mother’s Day. She spent the special day with her three sons, René Charles (21) and the twins eddy and Nelson (both 11).

On Instagram, the musician presented herself very relaxed for this occasion, without make-up in a sweatshirt. She poses in a rare photo with her now grown-up sons and a cake decorated with candles. In the caption, Dion gushed about how “lucky” she is to be with her three children – and expressed her sympathy for the victims of the Ukraine war.
“On this Mother’s Day I feel very fortunate to be with my children and I think of mothers in Ukraine and around the world who have lost their children and those mothers who are constantly worrying about how their children are being cared for can protect children,” wrote the singer, whose husband and father of their sons René Angélil 2016 died.
“These mothers really are the brave ones and I dedicate this Mother’s Day to all of them. We pray that they will find peace and comfort in their families,” Dion wrote in her post.
