Daddy Yankee announces his retirement and confirms a concert in Honduras on his last tour

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO.- Daddy Yankee He caused mixed feelings to his fans by announcing his official retirement from music, which will be marked by the release of a record production ‘Legendaddy’ and a concert tour called ‘The Last Return’.

“This race, which has been a marathon, I finally see the finish line. While sitting at a pool table in his mansion in Luquillo, Puerto Rico, the 45-year-old singer explained that among his greatest wishes was to inspire young people to be leaders, grow, forget about limitations and work for the family.

“In the neighborhoods where we grew up, most of us wanted to be drug traffickers. Today, I go down to the neighborhoods and the hamlets and most of them want to be singers. That to me is worth a lot,” she maintained.

“Formally, today I announce my retirement from music, giving you my best production and my best concert tour, and I’m going to say goodbye to these 32 years of experience with this collector’s item, entitled ‘Legendaddy,'” he added.

The interpreter of ‘Llamada de Emergencia’ confessed that this new album will feature parties, romance and war, a kind of compilation of the styles that have defined it over the years. ”I love you with my life; over and out, Daddy Yankee says goodbye, ‘The boss’, DY ”, he concluded.

Concert in Honduras

The self-proclaimed ‘chief of reggaeton’ decided to say goodbye to the musical world with his last tour that will take place in various cities in the United States, as well as several countries in South and Central America, among which Honduras stands out.

So according to its official website, the five-star nation has a date with the ‘big boss‘ on November 8 in the city of San Pedro Sula and on November 9 in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras.

So far it is unknown when the pre-sale of tickets will begin, but it is estimated that it will transcend in the coming days.
