The actor would also pinned his ex-wife against the wall according to the testimony of the latter. The actress later claimed that the former companion of Vanessa Paradis would have taken off his shirt in order to wrap it around his neck. “That’s how I woke up the next morning, with it still around my neck“, assured Amber Heard in front of the jurors.

For its part, Johnny Depp continues to deny the facts that his ex-wife accuses him of. He still claims never to have raised his hand on her, while ensuring that it is the actress who would have been violent towards him during their marriage. At the time of her testimony, Lily-Rose Depp’s father said that his former partner allegedly threw a bottle of vodka at him, severing part of his right middle finger in the process. Amber Heard hit back claiming she punched her ex-husband in self-defense. Previously, the actress had declared that Johnny Depp allegedly sexually assaulted her with a bottle of alcohol during their honeymoon, while threatening to kill her. This trial will end on May 27, 2022 by the closing arguments of the lawyers for both parties.
