A US paparazzo has filed a lawsuit against Dua Lipa after she used his photos without his permission.
Dua Lipa is sued by a paparazzo. Robert Barbera criticizes her for having published photos, without her authorization, on her Instagram page in July 2018. The New York photographer is claiming damages from the singer, reimbursement of her legal costs and a ban on use any of his photos, according to information from “Billboard “.
Robert Barbera said he discovered the photos, in which the “Fever” singer wears a black sweater marked with the word “Heroes”, in June 2019. The paparazzo would have first wanted to resolve the matter amicably but he explained, in his complaint, that the “communication slowed down before stopping” when the artist obtained a draft of his complaint and the snapshot was removed.

The photographer has already sued Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber for these same reasons. He had reached an amicable agreement with the singer, but the two proceedings against Mac Miller’s ex-girlfriend were dismissed by the courts.
