Elon Musk and James Franco will testify in the defamation lawsuit between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.
The Heard-Depp case is far from over. The lawsuit filed by Johnny Depp accusing Amber Heard of defamation will open next month. The 35-year-old actress is being sued by her ex-husband for her testimony published in 2018 in the “Washington Post” in which she called herself a “survivor” of domestic violence. Elon Musk and James Franco, both accused by the interpreter of Jack Sparrow of having had an affair with his ex-wife during their marriage, will be called to the bar to testify.
The 58-year-old actor has added actor Paul Bettany to his list of witnesses. The latter was affected by this case because of a series of text messages sent by Johnny Depp, in which he spoke said he wanted to “burn” and “drown” Amber Heard. These messages were revealed during the trial between the actor of “Edward Scissorhands” and “The Sun”. As a reminder, the tabloid had qualified the comedian as a “women hitter” and justice had concluded that these terms were rightly used.
