Particularly discreet since the tragic death of Gaspard Ulliel, the father of her son, Gaëlle Pietri paid tribute to him on Instagram on Tuesday.

It has been almost four months since Gaspard Ulliel died in a terrible skiing accident, at just 37 years old. Since then, Gaëlle Pietri, the mother of her little boy, has been grieving away from the spotlight. Despite everything, the model came out of silence on Tuesday, May 10, for the time of a message relayed on her Instagram account. A speech accompanied by a nice souvenir photo showing Gaspard Ulliel and their little Orso (born in 2016).

“The event of his departure affected us directly and individually without our having had time for preparation or even organization, she wrote in particular. During these painful moments, we all did our best to honor the presence of each and everyone around their remains. As a reminder, the funeral of the actor was held on January 27 in Paris, at the Saint-Eustache church, in the presence of many personalities upset by this sudden disappearance. Gaspard Ulliel was then cremated and buried in the Père-Lachaise cemetery.

Gaëlle Pietri – who shared the actor’s life between 2013 and 2020 – also seems to be responding to rumors that have raised a possible romance between Gaspard Ulliel and Luxembourg actress Vicky Krieps, following the filming of the film “More than ever”. “No one shared Gaspard’s life at the time of the tragedy. It is therefore incumbent on us with the parents of Gaspard to protect his memory as well as the future of Orso, adds Gaëlle Pietri. I respect the dignity of the beings who, near or far, met and accompanied Gaspard during his life (…). I am happy that the film “More than Ever” is in selection at the Cannes Film Festival. I am also happy that Gaspard and Vicky Krieps supported each other on this shoot.
