Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade involved in a new lawsuit for corruption of minors in the US

Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade involved in a new lawsuit for corruption of minors in the US. The Monterrey singer is under the spotlight once again, after Rolling Stone magazine reported that she could face US justice.

However, the publication clarifies that so far the new complaint does not directly involve Gloria Trevi nor Andrade, because their names are not in the document. However, it is speculated that the two complaints involving citizens who were 13 and 15 years old at the time, would be related to both celebrities.

According to the magazine, there is allegedly a new civil suit against him for luring minors into a secret sexual network in Mexico; It is also known that the complaint against the singer was filed at the end of 2022 in Los Angeles, two decades after she was acquitted of the charges against her.

The magazine reads: “the new complaint, obtained by Rolling Stone, It was filed shortly before the December 31 deadline for a three-year ‘look-back’ window that temporarily lifted the statute of limitations on child sexual assault claims in California.”

They also indicated that, although Andrade and Trevi are not specifically mentioned in the lawsuit, there are two complainants who: “they were 13 and 15 years old respectively when Trevi approached them in public and lured them into joining Andrade’s supposed music training program by promoting it as an elite opportunity to create stars.

The lawsuit says: “The victims say that Trevi groomed them to become Andrade’s s3xual slaves, and that much of their abuse occurred in Los Angeles County.” So the complainants say that the stars used their fame to access, prepare and exploit their victims.

“Trevi and Andrade used their role, status and power as a Mexican pop star known and successful and a famous producer to gain access, groom, manipulate and exploit -the victims- and force s3xual contact with them during a course”.

Let’s remember that Gloria Trevi spent almost five years in prison charged with child molestation, but in 2004, a judge acquitted her of all charges and was even recognized as a victim of abuse by her ex-partner, Sergio Andradewhom he met when he was 15 years old.

The singer was arrested in Brazil in 2000 along with Sergio Andrade and Mary Boquitas, after the mother of one of the young women who worked with her, Karina Alejandra Yapor Gómez, filed a complaint with the Chihuahua State Attorney General’s Office . At that time, the charges against her were rape, kidnapping and corruption of minors.

I have always said that this career allows you to know a little or a lot of everything: in the morning you can cover a press conference with politicians, in the afternoon a march and at night go to a cocktail or red carpet with the stars.
