CARNIVAL – The Ponce Beach Vejigantes Carnival begins on Friday with the entrance of Rey Momo and the comparsas, as well as the music of the Conjunto Chaney. On Saturday, La Sonora Ponceña and Los Pleneros del Barrio will perform. Sunday is the high point of the carnival with the parade and the burial of the sardine, music and a park for children.

EMPLOYERS – This Friday the Patron Saint Festivities of Manatí begin in honor of the Virgen de la Candelaria. The celebration will last until Sunday, with presentations by Andrés Jiménez, Plenéalo, Pirulo y la Tribu, Pedro Capó, Limit-21 and Algarete, among other great exponents.

MUSIC – Returns this Friday Night at the Races to the Hipódromo Camarero. In addition to the night races, they will have the musical presentation of Grupo Manía. Admission is free and now you can enjoy the new restaurants in Camarero.

FOOD – This Friday a new edition of Vega Baja Gastronómico is celebrated in the José Francisco Náter public square, starting at 6:00 in the afternoon, with a variety of food and drink offerings. On this occasion, the music will be in charge of DJ Barón López and Steve López Music, with hits from the 80’s and 90’s.

MUSICAL – Carolina celebrates her Concert Night, this Saturday, starting at 7:00 pm at the Isla Verde Municipal Services Center. From Washington DC comes the United States Navy Band. In addition, the Carolina Concert Orchestra with the participation of Michael Stuart and Juan Vélez.
