Singer and actress Hilary Duff (34) dropped the covers for the US edition of “Women’s Health”. In an Instagram post, she shares various images from the shoot with Daniella Midenge, in which she poses in a pool, among other things. “Sooo, that was scary. I knew it would scare me and I was right!” explains the US star. “Actually, I had the best time. I felt strong and beautiful and laughed a lot doing some of these poses without my high-waisted mom jeans and whatever plus-size clothes I usually wear.” She loves these photos, which made her feel “both completely vulnerable and strong.”
Under the post, numerous compliments for Duff were collected in a very short time, including from colleague Ashley Tisdale (36). And husband Matthew Koma, 34, joked under the photos: “I was so depressed when I wasn’t available for this cover, thanks for filling in for me babe.”
Hilary Duff: “I’m proud of my body”
In the cover interview with the magazine, Duff explains: “I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it produced three children for me.” She has made peace with the changes her body has gone through. Nevertheless, she prepared for the shoot, training four days a week and focusing on strength training.
Matthew Koma and Hilary Duff have been married since late 2019. A year earlier, daughter Banks Violet (3) was born. Daughter Mae James Bair was born in March 2021. Son Luca (10) comes from Duff’s first marriage to ice hockey player Mike Comrie (41).
