“I lost this child”: Laeticia Hallyday pregnant with Johnny Hallyday, she evokes this terrible miscarriage

I knew and I lived it! I lived his demons on a daily basis, his descents into hell, the sleepless nights”, she confided in particular. Moreover, she continues to fight against an addiction that Johnny passed on to her.

During the documentary, Laeticia Hallyday spoke of his early relationship with Johnny, their marriage but also their long fight to start a family. If the rocker was already David and Laura’s dad, the young woman had no children. “I carried this weight of not being able to give him the child he so dreamed of. It had become an obsession for him to have a child, but I could not give him this child, so it was great moments of deep pain for me, she recalls. I carried this weight for years and for 10 years, we lived back and forth to the hospital, from in vitro fertilization (IVF), from despair to failed hopes. And then, I was pregnant, I carried a child until 5 months of pregnancy and I lost this child”she confided with emotion.

But life has put two adorable little girls on their way, Jade and Joy. In 2004, the couple flew to Vietnam to adopt their first child. A moment immortalized by the cameras. Filmed at the orphanage, they meet Jade, born August 3, 2004. ” I am moved “, we hear the singer slipping. Then four years later, the happy parents returned there to meet little Joy, born on July 27, 2008. It was at the age of five months that the little girl was adopted in Hanoi before discovering France. Now aged 18 and 14, the two teenagers live in the United States and return regularly to the Parisian capital.
