Kylie Jenner is still in pain after four months postpartum

Kylie Jenner has given her fans an honest insight into her life as a mother, revealing that four months after welcoming her second child – previously named Wolf and now we don’t know his name – still in a lot of “pain”.Through her Instagram Story, the 24-year-old was honest with her 348 million followers about her experience postpartum saying, “4 months postpartum. Been dealing with tons of back and knee pain this time so slow down my workouts.”

Alongside a video of herself walking on a treadmill, the reality star added, “But I’m on a mission to get strong again 🙏.”

In another ‘story’, Kylie shared a clip from inside a gym room with the caption: “No days off.” It’s worth noting here that while having fitness goals can be a great motivator, it’s just as important to take days off from your exercise regimen as this gives your body some much-needed recovery time.

However, it is not the first time that Kylie has shared details of her postpartum training plan, since she recently told her fans that since giving birth: “Walking/pilates is my favorite combo.”

“I gained 60 (27 kg) pounds again this pregnancy,” she wrote in an Instagram video showing her working out on a treadmill. “Losing 40 pounds (18 kilos),” she added next to the emoji of her praying hands, “just trying to be healthy and patient.” However, she reminds that while it’s great that Kylie is focused on her fitness, there should be no pressure to change your body after the baby, as long as you’re healthy and happy.

Previously, the beauty mogul revealed that she is struggling to “go back” to her old mindset. “This experience for me personally It’s been a little more difficult than with my daughter,” she said in an Instagram post that was shared just six weeks after welcoming her son.

“It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually, it’s crazy,” she added. “And yeah, I didn’t want to just come back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the internet – for other moms who are going through it right now – we can go on the internet, and it can seem so much more easy for other people, and putting pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me,” and continued, “But I’m here, and I feel better.

“It’s okay not to be okay. Once I realized that he was putting pressure on me… And I keep reminding myself that I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy boy,” Kylie shared. “We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be ‘back.’ Not even physically, just mentally, after birth. So yeah, I’m just sending some love. I love you guys,” Jenner concluded.
