- The model became known in 2006 as the very first “Germany’s Next Topmodel” winner
- From 2009 to 2012 she moderated the Austrian version of the model casting show
- She then sat on the “Das Supertalent” jury for two years
- She has been running her own fashion brand “LeGer by Lena Gercke” since 2019.
- Since April 2019 she has been in a relationship with commercial film director Dustin Schöne, with whom she has had their daughter Zoe since 2020
