Her Texas husband, now 52-year-old Hollywood star Matthew McConaughey, was taught at an early age to enjoy sweets in moderation. There were no limits set for the model in childhood. That’s why she’s struggling with sugar today. She is certain: “If we start this early, then we are most likely preparing our children for lifelong good habits.”
