In an interview, Prince Harry shared a major milestone in the life of daughter Lilibet (10 months) with the public. “Her current biggest goal is to keep up with her brother – she only made her first step a few days ago!”, he told the US magazine “People” and dubbed himself “proud papa”.
Prince Harry recently declared that he wants to “make the world a better place” for his children. According to media reports, he said that at the Invictus Games in The Hague. The Duke of Sussex, founder and patron of the event, attended the sporting event for war-disabled soldiers with his wife Duchess Meghan. He can’t wait for his children to accompany him to the event, the 37-year-old said in the “People” interview.
Prince Harry has a special connection to the Invictus Games
He showed his son a video of wheelchair basketball and rugby from the Invictus Games in Sydney and “he was absolutely blown away”. Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have a special connection to the event. The couple made their first public appearance together at the 2017 Toronto Games. He “always wanted to share those incredible moments at the event with someone special,” the 37-year-old explained, and “having Meg by my side means everything to me.”
Duchess Meghan moved back to her native California with Prince Harry in 2020. The two had previously resigned as senior members of the British royal family. In May 2018, the former actress and Queen Elizabeth II’s grandson were married in England. A year later, their son Archie was born. Lilibet followed in June 2021.
