It has been rumored for a long time, now Louis Ducruet and his wife Marie Chevallier have confirmed the good news. They are expecting their first child and make Ducruet’s mother Princess Stéphanie a grandmother for the first time.

The Monegasque principality is having offspring: Louis Ducruet (29) and his wife Marie Chevallier (29) are expecting their first child. They make Ducruet’s mother Princess Stéphanie (57) a grandmother for the first time.
Ducruet and Chevallier have been a couple since 2011 when they met at a nightclub in Cannes (F) and discovered they were studying at a nearby business school. It was love at first sight, they later recalled. The wedding took place in July 2019. Now their love is crowned with the longed-for offspring. Or as the couple enthuses: “The adventure begins.”
Like his sister Pauline (28), Louis Ducruet comes from the marriage of Princess Stéphanie of Monaco to her ex-bodyguard Daniel Ducruet (57), who divorced in 1996.
