Pharrell Williams’ fabulous villa with stunning views of the Los Angeles Canyon

Put on sale two years ago, the property of Pharrell Williams finally found a buyer for 9.2 million dollars, at the end of February. Back in pictures on this modern property, its open-air cinema, its infinity pool, its glass walls…

According to Los Angeles Times , after two years on the market, the Californian house of Pharrell Williams, called Skyline, was sold for 9.2 million dollars (8.3 million euros) at the end of February. This is a sharp drop from the 12 million dollars (11 million euros) initially requested, but higher than the 7.1 million dollars (6.4 million euros) paid by the singer in 2015.

Located at the top of a hill, the residence of approximately 6000 square meters offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, the canyon and the City of Angels. It has a total of six bedrooms including a master suite and five bathrooms (two of them are in the guest house, located outside the house). The contemporary villa also offers a giant glass-walled living room, dining room, and modern kitchen with tall windows that overlook the mountains. Without forgetting the open-air cinema, the swimming pool and the automobile field.

The 48-year-old musician has other properties in his hometown of Virginia Beach, including a waterfront estate bought for $1.8 million (1.7 million euros) in 2001. More recently, the singer, 13-time Grammy winner, paid $30 million (27 million euros) for a house in Florida, as well as a mansion in the Beverly Hills district for 15.6 million dollars (14 million euros).

Pharrell Williams and his family therefore swapped the famous bachelor pad of Ryan Gosling in the romantic comedy Crazy Stupid Love (2011) where they lived against a house in sunny Miami. What to lead a happy life.
