In 2019, hit star Kerstin Ott took tenth place on “Let’s Dance”. The 40-year-old has not had an easy relationship with jury chief Joachim Llambi since her time on the RTL show. Now she even asked for his expulsion.

Cologne – All kinds of hit stars were already involved in “Let’s Dance”, including Vanessa Mai (29), Michelle (50) and Kerstin Ott (40; all news about hit star Kerstin Ott at a glance). The latter reached tenth place in 2019 and had to listen to some quite harsh criticism from jury chief Joachim Llambi (57) while participating in the RTL show. The 40-year-old has not forgotten his words to this day – and that’s probably why he’s now on the Friday evening show!

Kerstin Ott felt uncomfortable with “Let’s Dance” – hit star criticized Joachim Llambi’s judgments

For Kerstin Ott, the 12th “Let’s Dance” season was already over in episode 5, but the pop singer (the greatest German pop singer of all time) did not find it difficult to leave. She herself realized very quickly that the dance show was not for her, she revealed at the time on RTL.

In particular, the criticism of “Let’s Dance” veteran Joachim Llambi went too far for her at some point, as the interpreter of “The always laughs” recently revealed in the “But please with Schlager” podcast: “I wouldn’t have had a problem back then, wouldn’t have he just criticized my bad dancing style and gave me zero points. I would have been fine with that. But there are one or two sentences that then become too personal.”

“That’s bullying”: Kerstin Ott calls for the ejection of “Let’s Dance” juror Joachim Llambi

With regard to correspondingly harsh statements, one must “meanwhile (…) know that it cannot be good for a person’s health,” Kerstin Ott continued. The pop singer’s verdict on the “Let’s Dance” jury was as clear as it is otherwise only known from Joachim Llambi himself: “I think what’s happening in the jury is also bullying,” said the 40-year-old.

RTL even advised the musician to change the judge’s position: “Just like Dieter Bohlen was replaced, I would like Mr. Llambi to do the same. I can be completely honest and open about that.”

However, Kerstin Ott also knows another side of Joachim Llambi. After all, the “Let’s Dance” star could “be a very friendly man,” according to the pop singer (the stage names of the pop stars and their real names), who now hopes that the 57-year-old ex-competitor will no longer see his candidates “like that.” makes you look stupid”.

The 40-year-old was very confident: “He could do it better and I would wish, if they didn’t replace him, that he would adapt a bit.”

“I have an extremely short fuse”: Kerstin Ott uses driving to reduce aggression

But the pop singer herself is also good at handing things out – namely at the wheel: When driving, Kerstin Ott reduces aggression, she recently revealed. Sources used: “But please with Schlager” (Podcast)
