Prince Harry says his brother William violently attacked him in 2019

Prince Harry makes new revelations. According to him, his older brother violently attacked him in 2019, throwing him to the ground during an altercation over Meghan Markle.

Another bomb. In his autobiography “The Substitute”, to be published on January 10, Prince Harry returned to an argument that would have gone wrong between his brother and him, three years ago. According to excerpts from the book obtained by The GuardianPrince Harry says the heir to the throne allegedly lost his temper during a confrontation at Harry’s home in London in 2019. He explains that William “grabbed him by the collar, ripped (his ) necklace, and… knocked him to the ground”.

Coming to address the relationship between Harry, Meghan and the press, Prince William would, according to his younger brother, have made harsh remarks towards Meghan Markle, calling her “difficult”, “rough” and “abrasive”. While Harry explained to his brother that he expected better from him and that he was only repeating the words of the tabloids, William would then have lost his temper.

Describing his brother as not being rational at the time, the pair traded insults, before William came to blows, despite Harry’s attempts to appease him. The latter explains that he offered a glass of water to his brother, telling him “I can’t talk to you when you’re like that”.

But the situation seems to have degenerated note Harry. “He dropped off the water, called me by another name, then came over to me. It all happened so fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my collar, and knocked me to the ground. And to continue: “I landed on the dog bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting me. I stood there for a moment, dazed, then I got up and told him to get out, ”says the husband of Meghan Markle.

His brother would then have ordered him to retaliate, which Harry explains having refused. The prince William would then have left before returning apologetically. With these new revelations, not sure that relations between the two brothers are calming down.
