Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Samuel Calderón, Honduran artist, presents his new songs “Coffee flavor” and “Mojadita”.
The singer from the city of Siguatepeque, Comayagua, presents a proposal ffresh, lively and also full of romanticism.
“My interest in music comes from youth, since 2020 when they locked us up I started writing my songs, I started looking for audio producers and that’s where this dream started,” Calderón reveals to EL HERALDO Shows.
Samuel is already on his second album that bears the name “favorite problem” which he released in 2021. In 2020 the artist released his debut album called “I don’t need to breathe.”
“Sabor a café”, a song that tells the story of a love, is the song that best defines Calderón’s style, who even relies on the guitar to interpret it.
The song already has a video clip that premiered on YouTube and has more than 40 thousand views.The same was recorded between the city of Siguatepeque and Comayagua. On the other hand, with “Mojadita” the Honduran artist shows a more urban side. With a video recorded in the city of Omoa in the Caribbean, it is a perfect theme to enjoy the summer.
Samuel affirms that the inspiration for his songs comes from spontaneous moments that he experiences on a daily basis. The artist hopes to continue working on his third album and begin preparations to begin internationalizing his music.
