However, the Australian does not want to take away from feasting on vacation, as she reveals in a new Instagram post.
«I just noticed that I gained three kilograms on my holiday. I’m at an amazing all-inclusive resort… and I’ve lost all self-control,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself. Then she poses in a pink swimsuit and sunglasses by the pool.
She then has an important message ready for her followers. “But, you know what? I can get up tomorrow and go to the gym and eat healthy and love myself.”
Being hard on yourself doesn’t help. Everyone knows the bad feeling when you have eaten too much.
