South Korean idol Kim Hyun-joong arrives in Bolivia to sing in La Paz

After passing through Peru, the South Korean idol Kim Hyun Joong arrived yesterday on La Paz soil, for the presentation that today, at 8:00 p.m., will be given at the Don Bosco Coliseum.

“We have arrived in Bolivia. I am impressed with the overwhelming hospitality in Bolivia. I don’t think I can ever remember receiving a thank you card in my life… I don’t know why you’re grateful, but I’ll take it with a warm message asking me to come often. (…)”, wrote the musician on his social networks, who received recognition from the hands of the deputy Sarah Crespo.

“For promote respect for interculturality between continents and be potentially influential in contributing to the growth of Korean culture in Bolivia”, reads the recognition given to him at the Europa hotel, at a press conference.

“Every time I come to Bolivia I feel like it’s my last time, but I remember that Bolivian people are so warm, loving and kind, that I always want to come back.r,” he said.

Kim Hyun-joong debuted as leader and vocalist of the South Korean group SS501, in 2005, to which he belonged until 2011, when he went solo. She has also starred in very popular South Korean soap operas, such as Boys over flowers.

In addition to his performance tonight, Kim is expected to take advantage of his stay to walk in La Paz and go to the Uyuni salt flat, as he previously expressed to the Bolivian media.
