The screenwriter will devote his next series to the craze of bunker sales during the pandemic.
The Spanish screenwriter Alex Pina, famous for his series Money Heistwill create for Netflix, with whom he has signed an exclusivity agreement, a series inspired by the pandemic, he announced to the specialized site Deadline.

The screenwriter, who created the series for the streaming platform Sky Rojo and White Linesclaims to have “total freedom” to produce risky and different projects from Casa de Papel.
A spin-off dedicated to Berlin
Alex Pina is nevertheless preparing for 2023 a spin-off devoted to Berlin, one of the most striking characters in the series, who died in the second season, but has since appeared in many flashbacks.
Actor Pedro Alonso will once again take on the role. Netflix did not provide any details on the story of this series. It is not known when this will take place and whether any actors from Money Heist will make an appearance there.
Created in 2017, Money Heist features a team of bandits who carry out seemingly impossible heists. The first season tells of a hostage taking at the Royal Mint in Madrid.
Initially broadcast on the Spanish channel Antena 3, Money Heist was hugely successful internationally thanks to Netflix. Since then, the streaming platform has produced the sequel to the series, which has become one of its most popular original creations.
