Every journey, no matter how beautiful, must come to an end. For “The Geissens – a terribly glamorous family” (Mondays, 8:15 p.m. on RTLZWEI) the last days of vacation in Miami begin. Because Robert Geiss is known to get bored quickly, he and his Carmen change hotels again. The new residence is the venerable Hotel Biltmore in Coral Gables: Many celebrities such as Ginger Rogers, Bing Crosby and Judy Garland have stayed here. Mafia boss Al Capone was also a regular here.

“I’m assuming that the mafia bosses hid things everywhere in Al Capone’s room,” Robert is certain. His first official act after checking in is therefore very clear to him: He taps all the walls and cupboards in the room for cavities – there could be a treasure behind them.

Behind a wall unit, the 58-year-old suddenly pricked his ears: “It’ll work!” He exclaims with anticipation. Carmen, however, does not like her husband’s activities at all: “Robert, let it be! Can you please stop! Robert, will you stop now!”, She talks to him.

But Robert is about to open the wall unit. Carmen can just about hold him back: “I think they’ll throw us out right away if he knocks everywhere,” she moans. The Geissens patriarch, on the other hand, already has the dollar signs in his eyes: “There are millions in here!” Carmen can only shake her head uncomprehendingly: “Dear God, let it rain brains!”

The “Donzi” is on strike again

Shaking heads is also the order of the day when it comes to “Donzi”: The Geissens’ speedboat, which has just been repaired, is causing problems again: “One of the engines is completely messing around,” says Robert angrily. “It’s like when only first gear works in a car.” But that’s not all: The steering goes on strike again. Carmen can’t believe it: “Oh, you can’t close the door,” she complains, “do we have to paddle now?”

While Robert and Captain Bailey are still looking for the technical cause of the problems, Carmen makes herself comfortable on the speedboat’s bench and sneers: “That’s the only thing that works here.” For them, the matter is clear: “We pulled the arse card!” The plan: The “Donzi” should first be brought back to the shipyard in Miami and later to Monaco. Maybe things will go better in European waters.

Speaking of Monaco: What are Davina and Shania doing? Carmen wants to find out during a phone call. “Yes, but call Davina, she has fewer problems,” teases Robert. The 18-year-old is currently busy setting up a new kitchen for the apartment she shares with her sister. In the middle of the conversation, the call suddenly breaks off. Carmen: “The quality was very bad, but maybe they just pushed us away.” But there is no reason to panic: “The children are fine,” Carmen is satisfied. A perfect end to this season “The Geissens”.

Arguing between the jurors, cheating here and there, Bruce Darnell in tears, attacks of fairness by Steffen Henssler – the season finale of “Grill den Henssler” (VOX) is wild.
