For the first time the Los Angeles Children’s Choir will offer a tour of Mexico. The group founded in 1986, will visit Puebla and Mexico City It is also the first tour they perform after the pandemic. “Mexico was an appointment that we had pending for a long time,” said Fernando Malvar-Ruiz, director of the choir.

Every year the Chorus has nearly 400 children ages six to 18 from more than 40 Southern California communities, who form seven age groupings and two more beginners. She frequently performs as Los Angeles Cultural Ambassador on tour in the United States and in more than 20 nations.
