The Obi-Wan Kenobi Series Reveals in Impressive New Trailer

A great gift for Obi-Wan Kenobi fans. On the occasion of Star Wars Day, the international day that takes place every year on May 4, Disney + has released a second trailer for the mini-series dedicated to one of the most respected Jedi in the galaxy. Broadcast from May 27 on the American streaming platform, Obi-Wan Kenobi will take place ten years after the tragic events of Revenge of the Sith, the third part of the saga initiated by George Lucas. At that time, the Jedi master had watched helplessly as his student, Anakin Skywalker, had fallen to become Darth Vader. Become the number one target of the Galactic Empire, Obi-Wan Kenobi will try to survive and maintain the Force in a world plunged into darkness and terror.

Already present in the prelogy, Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Hayden Christensen (Darth Vader) and Joel Edgerton (Owen Lars) resume their initial roles in this mini-series in six episodes. The first trailer promises a show worthy of the cult franchise, between monumental sets and impressive action scenes. We will have to wait a few more weeks before discovering the final result, but there is no doubt that Obi-Wan Kenobi should meet with immense success among aficionados of Star Wars.
