Viewers of Recherche Appartement ou Maison furious at M6 which helps a couple with a budget of 1.1 million euros who complain of finding nothing for 3 years while they make offers at the cut price for dream houses in Antibes

Well below their budget. But the joy will be short-lived for the real estate agent since the offer is 860,000 euros. Or 110,000 euros below the displayed price. Surprise for her: “110,000 euros difference, it’s a bit like your 80 visits, it’s almost unheard of in my life as a real estate agent.” The offer is nevertheless drawn up by Florence and Richard and sent to the owners.

Unsurprisingly, the owners of the house at 970,000 euros will refuse this offer at 860,000 euros… then agree to make a counter-offer, which obviously few viewers of “Recherche Appartement ou Maison” would have done because they considered this offer at a discount as “disrespectful”. Florence and Richard accept the new proposal… before finally retracting without anyone really knowing why. So they refused to buy. As they had done when Caroline Gherman had shown them a very pretty house of 170 m² with 4 bedrooms and pool in Villeneuve-Loubet. A district selected by Florence and Richard but which ultimately no longer appealed to them. Those who watched “Search Apartment or House” did not understand at all why M6 had knowingly chosen to help this couple with such a budget to find a house when they knew they were almost unmanageable.
