The supervillain, played by Barry Keoghan in the new film, had another scene, which was edited out. It has just been put online.
An iconic character from the DC Comics universe, the Joker only appears for a few seconds in The Batman, the blockbuster starring Robert Pattinson. The supervillain, played here by Barry Keoghan, had another scene in the film, which was edited out. It was finally unveiled on YouTube this week by Warner Bros.
Lasting five minutes, this sequence takes place at the beginning of the film. Batman (Robert Pattinson) travels to Arkham Prison to question the Joker about the Riddler (Paul Dano), whose puzzles baffle the Batman. The scene allows to have a better look at the character, which seems to take the design of the Joker designed by Lee Bermejo.
In theaters since March 2, The Batman breaks free from previous films with Michael Keaton, Christian Bale or Ben Affleck by returning to the essence of the character to deliver an ambitious and complex feature film, which immerses the audience in a thrilling detective story worthy of Seven and of fight club.
