While Prince Harry’s memoirs will be released in bookstores on January 10, new excerpts, told by the DailyMirrorleaked regarding Prince William’s condition when he married Kate Middleton in 2011.
The rag keeps burning between Harry and William! Since the death of Queen Elizabeth II, relations between the two brothers continued to deteriorate. The release of the Netflix documentary on Harry and Meghan Markle threw a first cobblestone into the pond, infuriating William and the rest of the British Royal Family, not least because the documentary used footage from Lady Di’s famous interview. It was then the memoirs of Archie’s father and Lilibet who set fire to the powder. Entitled Sparethe autobiographical work will be released on January 10 and promises crispy revelations on the members of the English monarchy, and in particular on prince William who would be widely targeted by his brother. Since several weeks, excerpts from the book keep leaking out and tarnish the image of the crown prince. The Duke of Sussex seems to have a stubborn resentment towards his brother and would not have planned to spare it in his writings, unlike King Charles III with whom he would be more lenient.
Prince William drunk at his wedding
While waiting to be able to read Prince Harry’s book in full, the DailyMirror just released new information which would further tarnish the reputation of Prince William. In Spare, Harry indeed claims that his brother was drunk to time to say yes to Kate Middleton on April 29, 2011: “I was amazed when I went to pick him up in the morning and saw his haggard face and his red eyes: he seemed not to have slept at all”, would thus specify the prince Harry. It was in the car that took them to Westminster Abbey that the husband of Meghan Markle would have noticed that his brother smelled of alcohol. Faced with Harry’s concerns, William would then have specified that the smell of alcohol was due to the “backlash from last night’s rum”.
