Yannick Alléno in mourning: touching photo in memory of his son Antoine…

Just a week ago, Antoine Alléno tragically lost his life in a terrible traffic accident. At 11 p.m., while he was stationary on his scooter, at a red light in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, the 24-year-old son of Yannick Alléno was hit by a drunk driver. The man, whose license had been revoked, had stolen the car he was in. Arrested after fleeing, the driver has since been indicted and remanded to Fleury-Mérogis prison (Essonne).

Friday, May 13, all relatives of Antoine gathered in the collegiate church of Notre-Dame de Poissy for his funeral. A difficult but necessary moment to move forward in mourning. Yannick Alléno’s family was able to count on the presence of many personalities, largely from the world of French gastronomy, but not only. Brigitte Macron had made the trip, just like Sylvie Tellier accompanied by her husband Laurent.

Two days after the funeral, Yannick Alléno, 53-year-old multi-starred chef, continues to feed his Instagram story, sharing numerous tributes to his son. This Sunday, May 15, the big name in gastronomy shared the image of a small white sheet on which rest two candles and on which is drawn a heart which surrounds the first name of Antoine. This tribute to the deceased young chief overlooks a hilly landscape (see the slideshow). Should we deduce that Yannick Alléno has left Paris?

The day after his son’s funeral, Yannick Alléno had published a long heartbreaking text on his Instagram account, thanking the people supporting him and his family. In this message, the chef mentioned in particular Anja, Antoine’s companion. Yannick Alléno also specified the creation of an association to support victims of repeat offenders.
